Jackie met with Michael + Michelle at the Imperial Tea Court in the Ferry Building last year and had the best time with them. Michael & Michael meticulously planned every detail of their summer wedding at the Ruby Hill Golf Club in the Historic Livermore Valley Wine Country, and it was beautifully executed by the wonderful Melisa Johnson. Family members traveled from as far away as South East Asia and it was very evident that this was a much anticipated wedding, and these two were dearly loved. We arrived in the morning to the hustle, bustle, and excitement that accompanies a wedding. We love the morning before a wedding – the energy and excitement are tangible as the bride and groom get ready, the gown arrives, flower girls and ring bearers run around playing, last minute details to vows are completed, and the anticipation of the day gradually builds. We were greeted warmly by the family and treated to some delicious sushi! During the ceremony, Michelle welled with emotion as she was escorted down the isle by her Father. When they reached Michael, Michelle’s Father stopped briefly, took the couples hands and joined them together – it was a beautiful, emotional moment signifying not only the Fathers approval of his new son in law, but also of his willingness for Michelle to begin this new season of her life. Laughter and joy filled the warm summer air as Michael and Michelle made their promises to one another. Friends and family enjoyed a flawless reception, that started off with a surprise dance by the wedding party! Congratulations Michael and Michelle – our love to you both as you begin married life together!
